I need a ministry...:)

I went to church this morning, it was really good. The message wasn't like one of those BOOM in your face, ya know this is what you need to hear kind of messages, but it was good. I just needed to be reminded of some stuff...
This past week my walk with God has been really pretty dry, not much happenin' it's felt like. And I haven't been seeking Him like I should have been. And I can MOST definately tell.
I went to Adopt a Block on Saturday. That was AWESOME! We went to these apartments and handed out food and talked to people and we prayed for this one lady who has cancer. She's so sweet! I want to do Adopt a Block every week! Or every other week, cuz it's only every other week. I also want to help with Dream Kids, some time. For Dream Kids, there's a bus that goes around to all the different blocks and picks up kids, feeds them, takes them to service and then takes them home. So the kids are witnessed to through the food, the message and the love of the people! :) I really want to do that, because I love kids SO MUCH and I just think that would really be an awesome ministry. I'm realizing that I need to start doing some ministry stuff, instead of just taking, taking, taking, I need to start giving! :) I also want to help make Thanksgiving dinners at the church. Oh, and I'll see if I can get the Stevens to make pumpkin pies, cuz the church needs 70 pumpkin pies, and the have to be homemade, because the whole point of this is HOMEMADE, as kind of a ministry thing. Anyways...I'm excited. :) Well, I should probably go considering the fact that I still have to work on my Lit. paper. Unlike public schools I don't get out all next week...Luv ya!
